Ventura County, the Ventura County MediCal Managed Care Commission and nonprofit health care providers Dignity Health and Clinicas del Camino Real have reached settlement agreements over allegations of violating the federal False Claims Act and the California False Claims Act, and will pay a total of $70.7 million to the US and the State of California.
